A native of the Bay Area, Cindy is a daughter of A.J. and Ruth Horn.  Mr. Horn was a Petroleum Engineer with Standard Oil Company of California for many years and began a second career after retirement as a Professor in the Department of Earth Sciences at his alma mater, Stanford University.  The family lived in various cities in California including Atherton, Taft, Whittier and Burlingame.

Cindy attended Mills High School in Millbrae, University of California at Santa Barbara and San Joe State University. During her studies of political science, she realized that the most positive way to improve society and the condition of Man was by helping each individual to attain greater personal happiness.  Her pursuit of this philosophy led her to the applied religious philosophy of Scientology.  She has found that this philosophy does indeed help people to become happier, more ethical and lead better lives and has taken great joy in seeing people apply this technology..

Cindy has been married to Joe Feshbach, a well known investor, since 1974 and they currently make their home in Austin, Texas.  They have 3 adult daughters, Jessica, Melissa and Sarah.

Cindy enjoys walking, yoga, cooking and traveling.
